PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner and an air conditioning control program capable of correcting an error in an activation amount without introduction of a new sensor such as an infrared camera and without a special burden on a user, and exerting air conditioning control based on a comfort index with higher accuracy than conventional accuracy.SOLUTION: An air conditioner including a machine-set-temperature calculation unit 13 calculating a machine set temperature Ton the basis of PMV comprises: a machine-set-temperature acceptance unit 14 accepting the machine set temperature T; a user-set-temperature acceptance unit 15 accepting a user set temperature T; an air conditioning control unit 16 exerting air conditioning control on the basis of the machine set temperature Tor the user set temperature T; and an activation-amount correction unit 17 correcting an error in an activation amount on the basis of the machine set temperature Tand the user set temperature T.
