<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device in which curl generated in an exhausted recording medium can be reduced and printing time can be displayed, to reduce stress given to a user.SOLUTION: An image formation device comprises: a recording head for discharging droplet to a recording medium to form an image; recording medium holding means for holding, through a carrying route, the recording medium in which the image is formed; droplet amount calculating means for calculating the amount of the droplet discharged from the recording head, based on input image data; standby time setting means for setting a standby time during which the recording medium holding means standby with holding the recording medium, based on the amount of the droplet calculated by the droplet amount calculating means; printing time calculating means for calculating a printing time by adding the standby time set by the standby time setting means to the time during which the recording head forms the image to the recording medium; and, display means for displaying the printing time calculated by the printing time calculating means.</p> |
