After this operation, positive side fine torque and negative side fine torque are alternately added by the electric motor 3 to the transmission gear and a variation amount of fine torque to the positive side and negative side are corrected on the basis of the target rotational speed Ntgt and rotational deviation &Dgr;N of the transmission gear, and dog teeth are engaged while holding a rotational speed N of the transmission gear to be around the target rotational speed Ntgt.
