PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition from which a transparent film layer can be formed, the layer having low gas generating and moisture absorbing property while preventing intrusion of gas, moisture and impurity ions from a light-shielding layer and from a colored layer without giving influences on sensitivity or the like that affects workability, and to provide a color filter and a liquid crystal display device in which generation of bubbles in a liquid crystal is suppressed and high reliability without display unevenness is achieved.SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition is used for forming a transparent film layer 6 in a color filter for a liquid crystal in which a light-shielding layer 2, color pixel layers 3, 4, 5 and the transparent film layer 6 are layered on a glass substrate 1. The photosensitive resin composition contains a dendritic oligomer obtained by polymerization through a Michael addition reaction of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound and a polyvalent mercapto compound. The transparent film layer 6 using the photosensitive resin composition shows a weight reduction rate of 5% or less when heated at 230°C for 3 hours in air and a weight reduction rate of 1.7% or less when heated at 120°C for 1 hour. |
