<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head protection member capable of protecting a head in a disaster without imposing much burden on a human body as in the case of a helmet, which is excellent in storage property and portability, and a cap provided with the head protection member.SOLUTION: A head protection member of the present invention is a head protection member disposed on the outer surface of a cap that covers at least a frontal region and an occipital region of a human body, and includes a frontal region side member disposed at a position corresponding to the frontal region, and an occipital region side member disposed at a position corresponding to the occipital region. The frontal region side member and the occipital region side member are composed of a hard material, and the frontal region side member and the occipital region side member are formed in a convex shape. In a state that the human body wears the cap, the frontal region side member and the occipital region side member are connected to each other, and in a state that the cap is stored or conveyed, the frontal region side member and the occipital region side member are overlapped.</p> |
