PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current generating circuit which can generate a highly accurate constant current, and to provide a resistance circuit, an integrated circuit device, an electronic apparatus or the like.SOLUTION: A constant current generating circuit comprises: a first transistor TA1; a second transistor TA2 with a gate electrode having conductivity different from conductivity of a gate electrode of the first transistor TA1; and a first resistor RA1 to be applied with voltage corresponding to work function difference voltage VWD between the first transistor TA1 and the second transistor TA2. The work function difference voltage VWD has negative temperature characteristics, a resistance value of the first resistance RA1 has negative temperature characteristics, and constant current IREF corresponding to current IA1 flowing through the first resistor RA1 is generated.
