<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture processor capable of continuously generating moisture at higher temperature.SOLUTION: The moisture processor comprises: a processing vessel (9) having an approximately closed processing space for accommodating an object to be processed; an open hole (13) passing through the wall of the processing vessel; a bowl-shaped member (3) arranged to block the open hole, having a combustion space (14) communicating with the processing space through the open hole; a fuel supply unit (5) for supplying combustion gas into the combustion space; an ignition unit (6) for igniting the mixture of fuel gas and air in the combustion space; and a water content supply unit (4) for supplying water content to the combustion space. The bowl-shaped member includes: an air inlet (15) which allows the combustion space to communicate with the outside for supplying air to the combustion space; and a back-pressure member (16 or 16a) allowing for the air inflow into the combustion space from the outside.</p> |
