The present invention relates to a compound refractive lens for a lighting unit to uniformly control the emission range of light by forming a pattern for first refraction of light inside a light incident groove at a lens rear part and forming a lens front part in an asymmetry dome shape for second refraction and a streetlight device comprising the same. The compound refractive lens for a lighting unit includes a rear part which firstly refracts incident light by forming a concave light incident groove, on the center, to which the light is emitted from a light source; and a front part which secondarily refracts the incident light into the light incident groove by protruding in an asymmetry dome shape that a peak part is disposed on the upper part based on the center and emits the incident light in the lower direction based on the peak part. |
