The present invention relates to a pipe recycling apparatus including a body, a support member supporting a pipe over the body and inserted between rollers, a first c-shaped fixing member installed at one side of the support member, a plurality of drive rollers provided at regular intervals, a second fixing member installed over the drive rollers, and a plurality of driven rollers provided corresponding to the drive rollers. A plurality of bearings are provided at a given intervals below the driven rollers, and a plurality of chains are connected between the bearings. A motor transmitting a driving force is provided below the body, and is connected to a three-way gear box by a chain coupler, and a joint is connected to one side of the three-way gear box. A speed reduction device is connected to any one of bearings by a chain coupler. A pipe inlet port of the body is formed with a pipe hole, and a safety cover is provided to prevent the injury of an operator in advance. A brush unit for treating the surface of the pipe is driven by a motor, and a sensor unit detects the crack or damage in the pipe which is surface treated and notifies it by alarm. Therefore, the pipe is easily fixed between the rollers, and the rollers are driven to straighten the pipe. Also, the state of the pipe is checked while the pipe is straightened, thereby safely recycling the pipe. |
