PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductive heating coil body capable of favorably feeding a cooling liquid for cooling itself on an occasion for inductively heating a heating target and of executing inductive heating and cooling of the heating target without moving the heating target along the direction of the rotation axis thereof.SOLUTION: A current permeation unit 30 possessing a cooling liquid passage 21 for circulating a coil cooling liquid 25 during inductive heating and quenching liquid jetting members 41 through 44 for jetting a quenching liquid 26 upon the completion of the inductive heating are configured. Both the current permeation unit 30 and quenching liquid jetting members 41 through 44 can contiguously oppose a heating target 11. The heating target 11 can be inductively heated and cooled by the cooling liquid 26 without being moved along the direction of the rotation axis of a heating coil body 40.
