A directional coupler sensor apparatus of the present invention comprises: a traveling wave input unit for receiving traveling wave detection signals which are detected in a directional coupler; a reflective wave input unit for receiving reflective wave detection signals which are detected in the directional coupler; a first differential amplifier for performing differential amplification on the traveling wave detection signals received through the traveling wave input unit to output corrected traveling wave detection signals; a second differential amplifier for performing differential amplification on the reflective wave detection signals to output corrected reflective wave detection signals; a first cancellation feedback unit for dividing output voltages of the first differential amplifier to be provided for the second differential amplifier as negative feedback inputs; and a second cancellation feedback unit for dividing output voltages of the second differential amplifier to be provided for the first differential amplifier as negative feedback inputs. The directional coupler sensor apparatus of the present invention may minimize detection errors, when traveling waves and reflective waves are detected by a directional coupler, by cancelling interactive influences between the traveling waves and the reflective waves through a cancellation correction circuit to minimize the errors resulting from the interactive influences. |
