PURPOSE: Automatic painting equipment for an automotive lamp shield stay integrated with a shield stay and a head is provided to perform painting from a head to a shield stay of the automotive lamp shield in a lump without the replacement of a jig, thereby increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: Automatic painting equipment for an automotive lamp shield stay integrated with a shield stay and a head includes an exhaust and intake unit, a rotary drive unit, a first painting device, a second painting device, a blower unit, a paint supply unit(600) and a control unit(700). The rotary drive unit is composed of a drive motor, a joint, the upper and the lower panel to be lifted integrally according to the lifting of an air cylinder. The first painting device has a slide block and a spray nozzle integrated with the slide block which perform painting by lifting. The second painting device paints the shield head area of a shield lamp. |
