PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-in device capable of improving durability of a shaft body.SOLUTION: The pull-in device includes: a case 24; a shaft body 27 provided in a rotatable manner around a center line C of the case 24; an arm 22 which is separated from the shaft body 27 and connected to the shaft body 27; a rotating force providing part 37 providing rotating force to the shaft body 27 and/or a brake force providing part 44 providing brake force braking rotation of the shaft body 27; and connected shafts 28, 29 arranged at a position away from a center line C and connecting the shaft body 27 with the arm 22. |
