<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a compressor to perform continuous operation even if a minimum capability of the compressor exceeds an air conditioning load.SOLUTION: In a heat-pump air conditioner 1, at least a part of heat source water to be introduced into an external heat-source heat exchanger 17 is made to exchange heat with an air-conditioning target-side refrigerant, the heat source water is introduced into the external heat-source heat exchanger 17, thereby transferring cold or heat of the air-conditioning target-side refrigerant corresponding to a surplus of an air conditioning capability for an air-conditioning target temperature to an external heat-source-side refrigerant.</p> |
