<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver capable of preventing dew condensation in a member with a lens.SOLUTION: An optical transceiver includes: a circuit substrate mounted with a photoelectric conversion element and a heating element; a member with a lens fixed on one surface of the circuit substrate, and integrally molding a cover portion disposed so as to cover the photoelectric conversion element and the heating element, a ferrule insertion sleeve portion, and a lens portion, by a light transmission material; and a lead frame made from a metallic plate for a shield contacted with the inner surface of the cover portion of the member with the lens, and disposed so as to cover the photoelectric conversion element and the heating element. The lead frame is equipped with a first radiation material on an inner surface surrounding the heating element. The first radiation material is heated by the thermal transmission of heat generated form the heating element by radiation, and the heat is transmitted to the member with the lens through the lead frame to heat a small-diameter groove at a tip end of the ferrule insertion sleeve portion provided at the member with the lens and the lens portion to temperature at which dew condensation does not occur.</p> |
