PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device including a driver transistor and a switching transistor, in which variation in transistor is reduced.SOLUTION: In a light-emitting device including a driver transistor and a switching transistor, the channel width of the driver transistor is smaller than the channel length thereof. Full color display is performed by providing an anode-side power supply line in parallel to a gate wire.
