摘要 A measurement apparatus (100) for measuring a physical quantity is disclosed. The physical quantity may be pressure and/or power. The measurement apparatus comprises a circular sensing structure (102) including a membrane section (102A) deflected by power fluctuation acting on the circular sensing structure (102). A first strain gauge and a second strain gauge are attached to the membrane section. The first strain gauge is formed in order to measure the radial-direction strain of a first surface area of the membrane section. The second strain gauge is formed in order to measure the tangential-direction strain of a second surface area of the membrane section. The increase of the power acting on the sensing structure causes the contraction of the first surface area measured by the first strain gauge and the extension of the second surface area measured by the second strain gauge.
