The lamination plate (1) has a plate body (2), whose surface is entirely coated with a non-stick coating (6) on one of the two plate sides (3) in the inner region (5). The surface of the plate body is not coated in the edge region (7) outside the inner region or only a part of the surface is coated with the non-stick coating on a plate side. The surface of the plate body is entirely coated with the non-stick coating in the inner region on the other plate side. The non-stick coating comprises carbon with element additives such as silicon and oxygen. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a lamination arrangement with a film stack; and (2) a method for manufacturing lamination plates.
