PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive in a screw into a neck bone or the like at a desired angle without deforming the bone plate or producing any metal powder. SOLUTION: A band plate arranged over the surface of a bone includes a plurality of screw holes 5a each penetrating the plate in its thickness direction. At least one screw hole 5a located at a longitudinal end of the plate has two female screw parts 6 facing each other in the longitudinal direction, together with two escape parts 7, alternately positioned on the circumference of the hole 5a, the escape part 7 being larger in its inner diameter than the distance between the two opposite thread bottoms of the female screw part 6.
