The present invention relates to a hot/cold water dispenser. The present invention includes: a main body forming the exterior; an upper space unit which is arranged on the upper side of the main body and has a hot water tank, cold water tank, and coolant compressor installed on; a panel which is arranged on the front surface of the upper space unit; a lower space unit which is formed on the lower side of the upper space unit; and an opening unit which is arranged on the front surface of the lower surface unit and provides a passage to access the lower space unit; a cover which is detachably installed on the front surface of the lower space unit to selectively open or close the opening. Shelves for item storage are installed on the lower space unit.
