Disclosed are a handpiece connector in which a plastic material and a metallic material are integrated by insert molding and a manufacturing method thereof. The disclosed handpiece connector includes a ring-shaped body unit coupling unit which connects the end of a handpiece body unit, a ring-shaped head unit coupling unit which is spaced from the body unit coupling unit and connects the end of a handpiece head unit, and a plastic connection unit which connects the body unit coupling unit to the head unit coupling unit. The plastic connection unit is formed by injection molding. The body unit coupling unit, the plastic connection unit, and the head unit coupling unit are integrally coupled. A through hole penetrates the body unit coupling unit, the plastic connection unit, and the head unit coupling unit. |
