PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine case with which a medicine can be correctly taken out of the medicine case. SOLUTION: The medicine case 10A includes a front wall 11, a pair of side walls 12 and 13, a back wall 14 and a bottom wall 15 and is formed as a box having an upper part opened. A slide guide 18 is disposed at the front part of the medicine case 10A. A medicine storage portion 17 for storing sheets of blister packs is provided behind the slide guide 18. A small storage portion 19 for storing rose blister packs is provided in front of the slide guide 18. An indication portion 20 having a slant wall 21 and a concave portion 22 arranged side by side along a width direction of the medicine case 10A is formed between the front wall 11 and the small storage portion 19. A seal card describing precautions is pasted on the slant wall 21, and a card case in which a card showing variable information of "in stock" is put is stored in the concave portion 22.
