The frame (1) has a pivot bearing (4) arranged at ends of tubes (2, 2'). A coolant channel (5) for cooling the tubes is formed by the pivot bearing in first side (1a) of the frame, extended further through the tubes to second side (1b) of the frame and extended again into the pivot bearing from the second side of the frame. An electrical contact (6) is positioned on the sides of the frame. The electrical contact is electrically insulated against the frame and the pivot bearing.
