<p>A method for manufacturing adiabatic waste vinyl aggregates according to the present invention comprises a step of putting waste vinyl including soils with a weight ratio of 20% or less; a step of melting the waste vinyl at a temperature of 170-200°C; a step of drawing the melted waste vinyl through a nozzle having a constant diameter; a step of cooling the drawn aggregates in coolants of a temperature of 15-20°C for 20-30 seconds; and a step of cutting the cooled aggregates into a constant length. The desirable diameter of the nozzle is 10 mm. The present invention produces waste vinyl aggregates with low thermal conductivity and high thermal insulation performance by melting waste vinyl, thereby being able to reuse the waste vinyl as a substitution material of a natural aggregate and preventing environmental problems due to the landfill or incineration of the waste vinyl.</p> |
