The present invention relates to a method for concentrating physiologically active materials from rice bran, comprising the steps of: a) adding, to a mixture solution of rice bran oil and dehydrated alcohol, an enzyme catalyst extracted from at least one microorganism selected from the genus Candida, the genus Rhizopus, the genus Mucor, the genus Aspergillus, and the genus Pseudomonas, and then preparing fatty acid alkyl ester through ethanolysis; b) removing free fatty acid and glycerol from the fatty acid alkyl ester; and c) subjecting the prepared fatty acid alkyl ester to fractional distillation under reduced pressure using a short path distillation (SPD) apparatus, thereby preparing concentrates in which physiologically active materials are isolated and concentrated. The present invention has advantages of simultaneously concentrating several physiologically active materials and obtaining physiologically active materials having high purity and high-quality at high yield. |
