The present invention relates to a method to identify Xanthomonas fragariae and, more specifically, to a method to identify Xanthomonas fragariae by checking a base of 23S rRNA isolated from a specimen. In the case of using the method to identify Xanthomonas fragariae and a probe to identify Xanthomonas fragariae of the present invention, Xanthomonas fragariae can effectively be identified from the Xanthomonas.
