The present invention relates to a novel device which includes an organic compound having characteristics of an electron donor and an electron receptor and acts as a luminescent dopant. An energy ratio obtained by dividing the T1 energy of a light emitting dopant byΔEHOMO-LUMO against the same light emitting dopant is 0.7 or more. The energy difference of a first light emitting dopant is calculated by subtracting the T1 energy of the first light emitting dopant fromΔEHOMO-LUMO against the first light emitting dopant. The energy difference of a novel compound is 1.00 eV or less. When the compound is added to an OLED device, the compound shows delayed fluorescence.
