<p>The invention relates to a synergistic combination of trivalent chromium, biotin and American ginseng, which is effective for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It also relates to dietetic compositions which include such combination that are appropriate for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in obese patients. It also relates to the use of said combination for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of that type of diabetes.</p> |
