<p>The invention provides methods for reducing the levels of alfa (1,3)-fucosylated N-glycans on glycoproteins produced in plants or plant cells. In addition, the invention provides alfa(1,3)-fucosyltransferase genes from Nicotiana benthamiana, and mutant N. benthamiana plants in which the levels of alfa(1,3)-fucosylated N-glycans are reduced.</p> |
