摘要 A liquid crystal display device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to improve storage capacitance for an area size of a storage capacitor, thereby increasing an aperture ratio and maintaining or improving the storage capacitance. A gate line(101) and a data line(102) cross each other on a substrate to define a pixel. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor)(Tr) is arranged in a substrate of the pixel. A pixel electrode(125) is electrically connected to the TFT. A common electrode(135) forms the pixel electrode and electric field. The storage capacitor(Cp) comprises the first, second and third storage electrodes. The storage capacitor is arranged on the substrate of the pixel. The first, second and third storage electrodes are electrically connected to the pixel electrode. A liquid crystal layer comprises liquid crystal molecule operated by the electric field. The first and third storage electrodes are electrically connected. A common wire(103) is electrically connected to a common electrode. And the common wire is integrally formed with the first storage electrode. The second storage electrode and a drain electrode of a TFT are integrally formed.
