The present invention relates to a food composition which contains Morus alba, Cordyceps militaris, silkworms, and Hovenia dulcis fruits, and which is a health functional food supplement provided in a form of liquid, pill, tablet, or the like, and particularly, to a food composition having excellent efficacy in relieving hangovers. The food composition according to the present invention is composed of materials not exhibiting awkward tastes among materials widely known as health food supplements, and thus exhibits sweet and nutty tastes due to the taste of each material itself even without being mixed with a separate sweetener, thereby providing excellent palatability. Further, the food composition according to the present invention does not cause insomnia, heartburn, or the like, so that a user needs to avoid the food composition even in the morning or in the late evening and thus can eat the food composition at all times, thereby expecting the promotion of health, and in particular, the food composition of the present invention is characterized by having an excellent effect of relieving hangovers after drinking. |
