According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a sweet rice drink containing lotus roots includes the steps of: pre-treating sticky rice and malt; post-treating the sticky rice and the malt; producing a first composition by mixing the steamed sticky rice processed by the post-treating step and malt solution; producing a second composition by mixing the first composition and dried lotus roots; fermenting the second composition using a thermostat; producing a third composition by mixing the second composition and slices of dried lotus fruit; fermenting the third composition using the thermostat; and boiling the third composition. |
