TRANSPORATION VEHICLES FOR MULTI DEEP PALLET SHUTTLE SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a transportation unit for an MDPS system and an operation method thereof. The transportation unit for an MDPS system comprises: a shuttle moving in a specific direction; and a satellite combined with or separated from the shuttle, and transporting and loading cargo to and on a rack while moving in the different direction to the shuttle. The satellite comprises: an upper plate on which the cargo is loaded; upper links coupled to the bottom of the upper plate; lower links coupled to the upper links to be bent; and interlocking links installed to lift up and down the upper plate while moving to fold or unfold the bent portion of the upper and lower links. The shuttle comprises: a second case with which the satellite is combined; a conveyor installed at the higher position than the satellite in the combined state to load the cargo on the second case; and a 2-2 motor installed to operate the conveyor. The present invention can stably lift up and down the loaded cargo and can directly load the cargo on the shuttle since all the portions of the upper plate can be vertically moved at the same height.
