PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agglutination information input processing system with simple system configuration, at low cost and with further improved work efficiency. SOLUTION: An agglutination information input processing system includes: inspection device identification member 7; identification information reading means 3 for reading inspection device identification information 8; display means 4 on which an input indicator 9 and a digitizer are loaded and a display screen 10 is arranged in parallel; positioning means 5 for arrangeably positioning an inspection device 2 in a predetermined area 11 on the display screen; and internal control means 6, and is constituted so that the internal control means displays an image picture 12 of each well W of an inspection device relevant to the inspection device identification information read by the identification information reading means on a display screen corresponding to the predetermined area, performs pattern display of a visual inspection determination result of agglutination of each well corresponding to an image picture at a lower part of the inspection device by detecting a contact state of the input indicator to an upper part of each well of the inspection device arranged in the predetermined area to record the visual inspection determination result.
