<p>The method involves sensing surroundings of a vehicle (10) by image pickup devices (1, 2). Uncompleted property of the surroundings of each vehicle is detected. Road users (11, 12) are determined by an evaluation device (3). A set of data is extracted from text, numeric and symbolic information detected from image data of the road user by the evaluation device. A data record is stored in a storage part (3a) of the vehicle. A phone number, address information, name information, an enamel address and/or an Internet address are included in the extracted record.
