The object of the present invention is to control the module unit use of power charged in a power supply device of an information and communication device (computer, server, network device, and smart electronic equipment, etc.). Specifically, the object of the present invention is to optimally operate power based on the collected information through voltage and current sensors separately included in each module of the information and communication equipment which is used by each voltage in the power supply device of power information communication equipment of the information and communication equipment.
