The present invention relates to a seawater discharge apparatus for reducing bubbles, which is installed downstream of plant equipment using seawater to discharge the used seawater. The seawater discharge apparatus for reducing bubbles comprises: an upstream storage unit for primarily storing discharge seawater to absorb shock; a downstream storage unit provided downstream of the upstream storage unit, secondarily storing the discharge seawater to absorb shock, and discharging the discharge seawater to the outside; and an opening and closing unit for opening and closing the end of a connection pipe and adjusting the degree of opening of the connection pipe according to the pressure of the discharge seawater discharged from the upstream storage unit. Therefore, the seawater discharge apparatus for reducing bubbles according to the present invention has the effect of reducing bubbles by installing the opening and closing unit downstream of the connection pipe of the upstream storage unit and adjusting the degree of opening of the connection pipe according to the pressure of the discharge seawater to block the mixing point of the discharged seawater and air.
