The present invention relates to a crime control system and, more specifically, to a visual patrol system using a virtual reality method for crime control for converting a 2D image photographed by a camera such as a CCTV into a 3D virtual reality image, displaying the 3D virtual reality image, performing a 3D virtual patrol function through the 3D virtual reality image, and creating an effect in which a patrol car actually patrols a crime area, and to a method thereof.
