PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application to a field having different properties such as a paddy field or an upland field by changing the posture of a land grader. SOLUTION: The land grader 20 is designed to freely change a mounting posture through a mounting body on the tip of a rear cover body 19. The mounting posture is freely changed into a first posture wherein a land grading surface formed on the undersurface of the land grader and a land grading surface formed on the undersurface of the tip of the rear cover body are disposed on the nearly same plane, and a second posture wherein the land grading surface of the land grader 20 and the land grading surface of the tip of the rear cover body 19 are disposed nearly parallel with a difference in level. The front surface is formed in a rising state from the land grading surface of the land grader 20, and the front surface is formed as a temporary retention-generating surface part of plowed soil. In the second posture, the temporary retention-generating surface part of the plowed soil and the tip of the rear cover body 19 are separated for a prescribed width in the front and rear direction to form a temporary retention space of the plowed soil in just before the temporary retention-generating surface part of the plowed soil.
