摘要 The present invention provides an LED lighting device capable of replacing existing fluorescent lamps, wherein the LED lighting device having a less number of LED chips applied thereto and has excellent optical uniformity. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the LED lighting device comprising: a heat-dissipating frame; a substrate which is coupled to the lower side of the heat-dissipating frame and which has a surface on which a plurality of LED chips is mounted; and a cover which is coupled beneath the heat-dissipating frame so as to protect the substrate and which permits light emitted by the LED chips to penetrate there through. The LED chips comprises a semiconductor layer having an active layer and a light transmitting layer transmitting the light output from the active layer to the semiconductor layer, wherein the thickness of the light transmitting layer is 150 μm to 300 μm.
