The present invention relates to a solar cell module and a photovoltaic power generation system including the same. The solar cell module according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a solar cell panel; and a frame which is located in the edge part of the solar cell panel. In the solar cell module according to one embodiment of the present invention, a fixing hole is formed in the frame and a first combination member is combined with the fixing hole. The first combination member is fixed to the frame by using a nut.
