<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially alleviate comfort deterioration in an air-conditioned space belonging to a different system while achieving energy saving in various kinds of buildings such as office tenant buildings. <P>SOLUTION: For each system, the setting value management method and apparatus sets a division (temperature width), for example, for every 1°C, and stores an accumulated time of temperature setting values fallen into the division as an operation log of the temperature setting values. In addition, the setting value management method and apparatus sets a reference setting value of each system as a current temperature setting value, acquires a differentialΔt between the reference setting value and the temperature setting value with a largest frequency in the operation log, determines a priority of each system on the basis of the differentialΔt, and then changes the temperature setting value of each system according to the priority.
