A display driving circuit with a photosensitive input function of the present invention includes: a pixel region; a pixel electrode; a gate line; a data line; at least one photosensitive sensor unit; and at least one reading line. The pixel region is arranged in a matrix shape. The gate line and data line are crossed with each other. The data line includes: first and second data lines which are closely formed with each other and no data line is disposed in between the first and second data lines.The photosensitive sensor unit is electrically connected to one gate line. The reading line is electrically connected to the photosensitive sensor unit, and is formed in between the first and second data lines. A first distance is formed in between the reading and first data lines, and a second distance is formed in between the reading and second data lines. The first distance is equal to or greater than the second distance, and the first distance is equal to or smaller than the three times of the second distance.
