A tape cutting apparatus according to the present invention comprises front and rear cases combined together by facing each other to form an internal space having a front outlet; a roller which is joined to the internal space to be rotated and of which the outer circumference is combined with a tape to discharge the tape to the outside through the outlet by rotating; and a first cover installed on the top of the outlet to be rotated to cut off the tape discharged to the outside through the outlet using a vertical blade.
