<p>A system (1) with hybridizing chambers (5), to hybridize immobilized specimens on carriers (27), having chambers which are defined by the gap between the carrier and a cover (26), and which can be filled with a fluid, is new. The cover seals the chambers against the ambient air. The system has a pressure assembly to build up the pressures within the chambers by 100 mbar to 1.4 bar over the ambient atmospheric level, to prevent the formation of air bubbles. The pressure is supplied by a pump (8) or a pressure gas bottle, linked to the chambers by pressure lines (10,11) with valves (12).</p> |
