The present invention relates to a direct synthesis catalyst of hydrogen peroxide and a direct synthesis method of hydrogen peroxide using the same, and more specifically to a novel catalyst having zirconium (Zr) and yttrium (Y) as essential components, and which group 8 to group 11 of metals are contained in a complex metal oxides carrier occasionally comprising additional group of 1 or more selected from lanthanum metals, Nb, or Mo as an activating component; and to a direct synthesis method of a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2) with a high yield from hydrogen (H_2) and oxygen (O_2) using a reactor which, under the novel catalyst, prevents ignition and explosion caused by a catalyst powder, and can stably operate for an extended period. |
