By inserting aliphatic higher alcohol acting as a monomer absorption accelerator in a vinyl chloride-based resin polymerization process, an amount of monomer residues is minimized thereby obtaining more stable latex and additionally increasing consumption efficiency of a monomer during polymerization thereby improving productivity and reducing scale generation.
