Disclosed are a surge protective breaker capable of protecting against overcurrent and overheat and a panel board adopting the same. The surge protective breaker comprises a breaker for cutting off power applied to a power line (L) of a raceway; a surge protector having a plurality of varistors connected in parallel between the power line (L), a neutral line (N), and a ground line (G); a temperature detecting switch for detecting a temperature of the surge protector; and a trip coil for operating the breaker according to a result of temperature detection of the temperature detecting switch. |
