The specification provides a light source irradiator which irradiates visible light, a kit for lipolysis with a manual described with a method for lipolysis by irradiating visible light, and a slimming method for irradiating visible light to the skin. According to the specification, the method can safely and effectively dissolve fat by dissolving triglyceride in fat cells by irradiating light with a visible light wavelength harmless to a human body and can be used for a slimming method since the method is more economical and convenient than an existing lipolysis method.
