The present invention relates to colored bean curd prepared by adding an aleurone layer of black glutinous corn seeds, and more specifically, to a method for preparing bean cured having improved antioxidant activity, wherein the method comprises the steps of: grinding yellow soybeans immersed in water to prepare a soybean slurry; adding an aleurone layer powder of black glutinous corn seeds to the soybean slurry; and coagulating the mixture of the soybean slurry and the aleurone layer powder of black glutinous corn seeds. Through the present invention, colored bean curd having improved antioxidant activity can be prepared by using grains of black glutinous corn which is not used in a green corn state and has increased hardness or secondary corn ears having degraded merchantability and the like.
